Bathroom storage could use an upgrade!!! It's frustrating to find only minimal options for organizing personal items. The lobby, while beautiful, felt underused, as guests had no real place there!!! One can’t help but wonder why it exists.

Perfect family spot in Florence

We had a fab stay here! The location was super convenient for us with kids—right in the heart of everything but so quiet! Loved the pistachio yogurt at breakfast, and the coffee was pretty good too. The room felt like walking into an art gallery. Just wish the water pressure was better at times.

The stay featured a lovely Classic Quadruple Room that was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and an array of toiletries. The breakfast area was charming and offered a variety of options, including hand-pulled noodles and personalized dishes made by attentive staff. Although we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, we appreciated the kind gesture of fresh cappuccinos and pastries while we waited. The personal touch from staff made it feel like home, enhancing the overall inviting atmosphere.

The Antica Dimora De' Benci is beautifully decorated, maintaining a charming historical ambiance. I appreciated the accessibility, as the lift was spacious enough for my luggage and the short walk to the center was enjoyable.

A little more bathroom storage would be helpful.

Lovely room with cozy decor and quirky touches like wooden furniture and Persian rugs. The bed was extra comfy. The hosts were really welcoming and dog-friendly. Location was perfect, super close to Uffizi. Clean bathroom and nice breakfast served at a nearby café with good selection. Quiet street view added to the charm.

The location offered easy access to numerous attractions, making exploration effortless. The service provided by the staff felt personalized and attentive, making me feel welcomed and valued. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with fresh options that made mornings delightful, especially enjoying the view of the city from the dining area.

The location of Antica Dimora De' Benci is fantastic. It’s close to many attractions, making it easy to explore Florence on foot. I loved the beautiful decor and the warm atmosphere of the B&B. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a nice selection that filled us up. The bedding in our Classic Quadruple Room felt luxurious, but the pillows were too thick and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. We also struggled with the air conditioning, as it took too long to cool down the room. Although I mentioned these issues to the owner, who promised to address them, it affected our comfort during our stay. It would be great if there were more outlets available for charging devices too. Overall, it’s a lovely spot, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better!
